We are excited to once again, be using TaxDome; a secure client portal. It is designed to provide you with a seamless and efficient experience to help complete your tax needs all in one place. As part of our continued investment in technology to improve your experience, we have implemented this portal to give you better access to key information and services.
Our goal for this year is to make sure your experience is as smooth and stress free as possible, so let's get started with a few key things to keep in mind as we head into the end of the year:
Multifactor Authentication: Please make sure all accounts under your TaxDome account are able to log-in by using the Multifactor Authentication. We urge you to open your TaxDome account on the computer or cell phone before December 15, 2025 to work through any bugs. Google Authenticator is an option for Androids and Microsoft Authenticator is an option for Apple. In order to keep your information as secure as possible, using a Multifactor Authentication is the best option.
Getting Started on your Taxes: In early January, you will receive a message in TaxDome. The message will allow you to check a box when you are ready to start the process of completing the Engagement Letter, Organizer, and uploading documents. Once the box is checked, you will be sent the Engagement Letter to start the process. You will have to have the multifactor authenticator set up in order to read the chat.
Uploading your Documents: Once you've gathered all of your tax documents, be ready to upload them into your secure portal when you are working on your tax organizer. We will also ask you some questions to make sure we have everything we need to get started on your return. You'll be able to scan these straight into your portal, and they'll be kept securely. If you are missing any documents when completing the organizer, they can be uploaded late. Once all documents are uploaded you will need to select "Done Uploading" and we will start on your return.
